Close to the historic sites and in the middle of the old city. The staff were good but one of them, miss Zainap stands out as she was great help.

My car had a dent, guess you shouldn’t trust the valet always.

Location in center of the city. The room was very spatious, a lot of space for suitcases, a big wardrobe, small table...Staff at breakfast were really friendly. Breakfast with a lot of various foods to choose from.Complimentary bottles of water every day.

Noise - no soundproofing. We heard everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. In addition, our room was close to the breakfast restaurant, so early morning when they started preparing, we could hear everything.

I enjoyed staying at Amida Boutique Hotel. The room was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. They serve a very tasty breakfast too. The hotel is super central, so all the main places to visit in the old town are just walking distance.

Couldn't get air-conditioning to work in room

What a great hotel! Staff was super friendly and helped us out with anything we requested. We had a family room with a very spacious terrace. In the morning we discovered the most amazing and plentiful Turkish breakfast we had ever encountered. A great place to stay! Special recommendation for Sedat, the valet who kept our car safe in the car park!

Perfectly located near the gate entrance to the Castle and Museum.Incredibly helpful staff who went above the usual level of problem solving for 2 English speaking guests.breakfast was included and generous

It was sort of grand, but in a chintzy way. There was free parking at the otopark directly adjacent to the hotel. Our room had a lovely huge balcony — in the picture but tiny bathroom

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets skratchy. The staff was nice enough, but their English wasn’t great. I don’t think anyone told us if there was breakfast. I couldn’t get coffee in the morning from the man in the breakfast area (a pretty atrium with lots of fake plants) he was SO CONFUSED when I asked for cafe, even though he was standing next to an espresso machine. I would’ve taken brewed coffee or espresso or Turkish coffee, but when he finally understood me, he only offered me instant, which was in the room.

Clean, silent hotel and rooms. Very kind staff, very helpful. The staff waked me up every midnight to sahur meal. The meals was good and delicious. There's a parking place for the car.

It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The architecture was very authentic and integrated with the cultural structure of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again! I recommend it to everyone.

We liked the hotel itself very much. Location is the heart of the city, very near to all main sightseeings. Garage parking. Very nice breakfast on the upper floor on the big internal mansard. Service was good.

When I was taking shower, hot water was gone. I put my clothes on and went down to the reception asking to warm up water to finish washing. But personnel was nor very helpful at that moment. Later they explained me that soon they could fix problem. The hot water appeared in very short time and I could finish washing, but this minor accident little bit spoiled my general impression. Later personnel impressed their sorrow for this unpleasant situation.

you are greeted with a smile by a woman at reception with positive energy and checked in quickly.. that smile takes over other staff just as nicely and you are taken to your room. the room is clean nice air conditioning everything good..in the morning you wake up and go down to a breakfast.. where the breakfast team meets you with waiter Yakup in charge.. hugely friendly and competent staff do everything to make you feel comfortable..

Hotel is at a perfect location, it’s just a minutes walk to main attractions. They have a secure car park, which is a bonus. Reception staff is very friendly and professional, hotel itself it’s really nice and clean. Our room was bigger than what I’ve expected. From checking to checkout everything was so smooth. I would like to than every single person that works at this hotel, and the management. Next time I visit Diyarbakır, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.Hope to see you soon
